How long do I have access?

You get lifetime access to purchased courses, including future lesson updates. You can rewatch materials anytime on desktop or mobile.

Level

Are courses suitable for beginners?

Yes. We clearly mark every course level and provide a beginner roadmap. If you’re new, start with basics (tools + layout principles), then move to albums, mixed media, and advanced binding.

Certificates

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. After you complete a course, you can download a personalized certificate. If you need your name adjusted, send a request through the “Ask a question” form and include the preferred spelling.

Tools

What tools do I need?

A basic trimmer, scissors, adhesives, and paper are enough to start. We also recommend a bone folder, corner rounder, and a small self-healing cutting mat. Each course includes a recommended kit list with “must-have” and “nice-to-have” items.

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major cards and common online payment options depending on your region. If a payment fails, try another browser/device or contact support with the error time and your email so we can help quickly.

Content

Do lessons include templates and printables?

Many courses include downloadable templates, cut guides, and printable planning sheets. The course page will list exactly what’s included so you can decide before purchasing.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

If you purchased by mistake or can’t access your content, contact support as soon as possible. We’ll review your request and help resolve access issues first; where applicable, we’ll process refunds according to the payment provider’s rules.
